Had a reason to take a few of my items to them for service and repair. Trust me I see no reason to go anywhere else for my repairs. The people are easy to work with and actually give you a decent time frame as when your work will be done without all the stories as to why it couldn't be met. They stick very close or sooner than when it was agreed to be done. Never had to come back for the same problem on any item taken to them. Want it picked up they do that too. Again when stated they'll be there. It's not a large shop so you're treated more like a friend than a cus
