As Doug's staff changes so does his service. His personal accountability for his company is poor. Making the decision to end our contract wasn't hard ... what was frustrating was the disrespect of my time, energy, money and business. Instead of addressing my concerns as a responsible owner he instead chose to put his staff in the line of fire while they were forced to apologize for his poor business decisions.
