The staff at this place, particularly the lady behind the counter is more than unfriendly, she's hostile. I placed an order and no one was there to pick up my receipt and get my boxes, so when I told her she began yelling at me to "go look for someone inside the warehouse". Another time, they refused to exchange some candles for me claiming that the store had a "no exchanges, no returns policy" which they never advised me about. Another time I asked for a legible receipt (they kept giving me hand written receipts in Chinese which my accountant complain
