Horrible horrible and downright rude and rotten company to deal with. When we bought our new house, there were 2 tanks with the house that had gas in them that we were told were included with the house. We ended up having to pay almost $500 in which we were told we could do monthly payments after paying a $100 deposit. After paying $300 towards this bill, it continually went up instead of down and when I called and inquired as to why, the secretary was extremely rude and could not give me a legitimate explanation as to why.
