Cross check any price you are given for parts and service. Check online. I have used them several times, but will never again. I like to support small businesses, but not ones that take advantage of their customers. I have a Beam central vacuum system. The motor went bad and needed to be replaced. They quoted me $350 for the motor, "Not including labor." I googled the part and found the factory replacement motor with free shipping at numerous sites for anywhere from $160-$199.
