Carol Heron is my sister, and when our mother was dying she asked Carol Heron to execute her estate to no cost to the estate. Carol promised to do this in front of witnesses, including our Aunt Bertie, and after my mother died Carol Heron took the maximum allowable by law from the estate. I tried to fix this by offering to pay Carol for her work, but instead she wrote me a letter saying that I should get a lawyer. She betrayed our mother on her deathbed for money, motivated by greed, and now she is a practicing lawyer in California. Judge for yourself whethe
