Good initial service, follow up service non exsistent. Used them to help with a mortgage matter and they did a quick job and worked it all out. Unfortunately for me, once they got a plan worked for me I did not hear from them again. I tried numerous times to contact them regarding new payment info and they told me to deal with it on my own. The plan they had made for me was never sent to me, including where to send new payments and how much. Would not recommend.
