Dear Consumers, Elliott Plumbing has always responded right away or within the same day! They responded right away on January 2nd, 2012. When most everyone was enjoying an extra long weekend, Elliott Plumbing responded and showed up within 1 hour! My problem was that my shower knobs where not turning the shower off. I had increasing drizzle for months. I tried to fix it myself. I didn't have the right tooling, not to mention I've never done this before. Elliott Plumbing replaced all three of my knobs (house built in 1979) in less than an hour.
