So far my experience with Elite Pest Management has been sad. They are the company used by my HOA. I scheduled an appointment with them to take care of wasps between mine and my neighbors yard and they only took care of the neighbors yard. Then I called them to take care of a new issue and they cancelled without calling. Then they said that they had cancelled due to the rain. Then they said they cancelled due to a driver not showing up. THis company has more stories than the government. If you can use a different Pest Control Co. I recommend you do. They are not reliable at
