This studio is wonderful! The instructors are all amazing...extremely knowledgeable and attentive. The space is beautiful. There is an enormous amount of integrity to this place. I try to fit 3 classes in a week, usually 2 yoga and 1 pilates class. Even though I have been exercising for many years, I can honestly say I feel and see great changes in my body since I started working out at Breathe. I can't recommend this studio enough for both beginners and advanced students. The owner, Adina is warm and welcoming!
