We provide Preventive and Wellness Care for both men, women, seniors and children. We manage Chronic Medical Conditions such as hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, asthma, depression and weight problem. We also provide SAME DAY evaluations for urgent medical conditions and injuries. We participate with a variety of insurance plans. However, our affordable fees make our service available for individuals who pay out-of-pocket for their primary care, including those with low cost, high-deductible insurance plans (with or without accompanying health savings accounts). Our patient care center is also ideal for individuals who want better access, exceptional service and more attention from their primary care provider. At CosmosMD, we want our patients to get the best medical care without worrying about the high costs. Our special discounted rates for uninsured patients start as low as $30.00 per visit for acute conditions, or less than 80 cents a day if patients decide to join our membership program. As a member, you will enjoy SAME or next day appointments, unhurried 30 to 60 minute office visits, WEEKEND office hours, phone and e-mail consultations at any time, NO long-term contracts and NO per-visitcharge. *Prices are based upon the complexity of the visit.Extra fees are assessed for procedures performed or any medicines orsupplies dispensed.
