Rock Recovery is an Arlington non-profit organization with a mission to support the journey to freedom from disordered eating. One of our services is a cost-free art therapy group, through which a licensed art therapist helps our clients learn to identify and express their emotions in healthy ways. This group is for anyone 18 and older who struggles with disordered eating, including struggles with food and body image, or food and exercising. This group meets every Sunday from 6:30pm-8:30pm Rock Recovery's CORE support group is located near the Courthouse Metro in Arlington, VA.
