We had reservations w/ Rose Shuttle for pick up @ PDX, upon our return from vacation. They requested the flight information, and made the reservation. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances our flight was a little delayed. When we arrived, there was no one to pick us up, and when we called their response was "take a taxi", and leaving my pregnant wife, 5 year old, 3 year old, myself and a stack of luggage as tall as me standing on the curb @ midnight with no ride home.
