Just scheduled an appointment with another furnace repair company because these guys didn't show up to replace my furnace again. Guess they didn't want my business very bad because this is 3 out of 4 appointments that I scheduled with them they didn't show up to. Now it is 4 weeks later and my tenants are freezing and they still don't seem to care. I hope your experience is not like this with them but then I hope no one is treated like this when they are trying to give them money for a new furnace.
