Very poor service. Called to inquire about charges on my son's car on December 23rd when I received a certified letter (it had been towed on 12/16) and was quoted by the owner $433.05 and an additional rate of $21.65 a day. When I called three days later, the price had gone up to $578. When I asked why, I was first told it was because they sent another certified letter; however another wrecker company told me that they aren't allowed to send the letters less than 15 days apart. To make matters worse, a man named Bill told me, "You don't have any
