Review
Flooding today in Queens and of course the water managed to find itself into my basement. I called Simon Plumbing and Heating because they are nearby. They said they had received a lot of calls today but they still managed to get to my house to pump the water and fix the problem. They said they'd be there in 3 hrs, got here in 2.5. Friendly plumber, friendly office folk. All in all a good experience (minus the flooding lol)
