Carter BloodCare is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization that operates on behalf of patients and their loved ones in 56 Texas counties. Carter BloodCare is guided by the philosophy that community blood donations should benefit community patients, and that blood centers must be responsive to the community that supports them. Carter BloodCare's board of directors is made of local leaders, including medical professionals, hospital administrators, business and civic leaders. Our highest priority is meeting the needs of the community.
