Dr. Spencer is a Board-Certified, UCSF Residency and Fellowship trained specialist in Gynecology. She has advanced training in Women's Hormones and Minimally-invasive Surgery, and won a National Institutes of Health award for her research in Reproductive Endocrinology at UCSF. After teaching at UCSF Medical Center, Dr. Spencer began her private practice in San Mateo in 1997. Dr. Spencer is dedicated to making her patients feel comfortable and well-infomed. I found Dr. Spencer on the web and she is the best gyn doc. I needed and exam and she made it easy. I was worried about the symptom I was having, especially because there is cancer in my family. She answered all my questions, and really took the time to help. I appreciate her so much.
