These people came to my residence in Littlerock CA to pick up my BMW at around 10:30am Sat, March 29, 2014 to be taken to an auto repair shop. At 1:00pm the driver called to tell me there had been a delay and that he was NOW enroute to the shop. I became suspicious so I called him back and asked were exactly IS my car? He said in Littlerock, the car never left my home city...! At this point I proceeded to head to the address of record for them, and low and behold, there was my car, sitting locked up in their impound yard...! No one on duty to spea
