we hosted my son's 5th birthday party here. the facility is great - lots of fun for both adults and children. supervision was a bit lacking - the attendants were so involved in their conversation that they failed to notice safety issues on the giant slide in front of which they were standing! my mother-in-law had to get their attention and ask them to intervene. some staff is great - friendly, accommodating - others were sullen and downright unfriendly. there is a policy of not allowing outside food to be brought in - you must buy their mediocre pizza or only
