I called this company looking for a heating system repair part. The person in the Stoughton store (very pleasant) transferred me to their Salem location because that's where they sell hvac supplies. I called there and spoke to someone that was NOT WILLING to help me because I was a homeowner and not a licensed person. Really had no interest in dealing with me. Poor service, avoid them.....
