OMG! Do Not Use These guys. I bought a Kenwood DNX5160 (on my receipt) and Brian installed a DDX516 (about a $400-500 difference). Brian refuses to make it right & put the stereo in my car I paid for. Further more I wasn't even in my car for 2 weeks. The DVD player didn't work, the Bluetooth was so bad (Not the Parrot he said he was installing) my friends couldn't hear or understand me. And my "touch screen" had to be pressed hard to work at all. We suspect it was a trade-in or refurbished unit. Too many things were wrong with it. To top it of
