My husband called this oil supplier to inquire about having oil delivered. The woman asked if he had an account to which he said no. She then told him that they couldn't deliver oil and hung up. My husband was stunned because the woman answering the phone was so rude and did not explain how to open an account. I assumed it was a misunderstanding so I called back.
