One Market Restaurant has horrible robotic service and poorly trained waitstaff. Do not come here unless you want to be treated like a peasant, and made to wait. Given their reputation and cost, I would expect so much more from One Market and highly recommend that you look elsewhere for fine dining experiences in San Francisco. Long story short, my company had a 40 person event at this restaurant last night. I am suffering from a chronic cough so my girlfriend and I both personally asked at least four off the waitstaff numerous times to bring me some tea. It took
