I took my car in for service twice for the same problem. The problem was not fixed either time. I also took it in for a service on another occasion and they forgot to do part of the service that I paid for. They did offer to do the forgotten job if I'd bring it back in but it should have been done the first time. I took it elsewhere and paid again to have it done correctly.
