My father, Gordon Bahler at 2116 Schuyler receives the Chicago Tribune, Journal & Courier and the USA Today. The Tribune arrives in perfect condition no matter the weather. Today, we dried the USA Today and Journal in the oven. It is consistently wet even if there is a light rain. The Tribune never is wet. The difference---The carrier ties a knot in the open end of the bag!!! That simple--It would be nice to know the Journal is going to be dry on a raining day!! Thanks
