Review

I was very happy with the dentist, my daughter loved him, until I learned their missed appointment policy. I was charged $50 for a missed appt, that I called about later that day to explain my daughter was sick and could not make it. When I tried to reschedule, I was told I could not have an appt in "prime hours"(meaning after school or evening because I was a risk). I was so disappointed in their customer service, they did not even care that they were loosing a patient or about my explanation. I guess they just care about getting their money:(
