We've recently noticed the finish pealing off the tub and a line of discoloration is appearing along the bottom of the tub. We asked Chris to come out and take a look. He had done an amazing job on the install and is very professional! However, I was sad to learn yesterday from the owner, Sean, that our 5 year warranty wouldn't be honored (we have a year left) and we would have to pay another $300 to have Bathcrest come and fix the problem.
