The storage units are nice with a wash down on the premises, however, due to the lack of security, our unit along with many others were broken into and everything was taken, except the boat. They use cheesy latches on the doors where a hammer will break the lock right off. Their contract clearly states that you are on your own, should this happen. We always pay the 6 month up front. We then decided to give them the 10 day required notice to cancell our contract with 2 1/2 months left, after the 10 days. I was told they would not refund any money until
