Actually if I could give a negative star review I would. This was one terrible experience and my trust in mechanics and especially 'insurance companies' is forever tainted. I was involved in an accident, hit from behind while I sat at a red light. The guys insurance company was USAA, crooks, but that is another story all together. I was referred to Rickenbaugh for an ESTIMATE, lets plainly state that- ESTIMATE!
