TERRIBLE customer service!! Bike Doctor may be the only bike shop in Heath, but it's well worth the additional drive to any other bike shop that actually cares about their customers. I spent the past week shopping for a new bicycle and test rode bicycles at four different shops, including Bike Doctor. Only Bike Doctor required that I leave my driver license with them in order to test ride their bike, and after the test ride they did not return my ID to me. When I discovered it missing two days later at an appointment in Columbus, I had to drive 60 minutes back
