I had RJs plumbing install a chemical tank to my water system for better ph. They also put in a whole house filter. That was in 2009. I immediately began to have water pressure problems. Some days it was only a trickle and you could never wash dishes and shower at the same time. They came out many times, changed the filter, blew out dirt in the well ,etc. worked for a while, maybe a week, then same problem. Told me it was the salt tank, so Sears came out to check it.
