5/13 at 4:30P, contacted Parsons Enterprises for a tire repair in the area. Jack said a $300 deposit. 5:30P, Parsons showed up and called back saying the axel was damaged and needed welding. We made arrangements and contacted Parsons by 10:00P. At 12:20A still not there. Parsons arrived at 12:44A. Parsons called at 4:50A saying completed and more money was needed or they would not release the truck. We requested a breakdown and they refused. Finally Jack said he would have his Admin send it later. At 8:30A 5/14 Admin said she was on her way to take her
