After undergoing a full sight examination, purchase and fitting for a new set of bi-focal eyeglass lenses, from and by Creston Optical, White Plains Road, Bronx, NY, the following observations were made: The optician on-duty made no pupil-distance (P.D.) measurements. His answer, when questioned was "We already have that information on file."
