I was quoted $35 when I called at 4:45pm, he arrived at 5:40pm and opened my car quickly. I then said ok, I was quoted $35 and he said, NO, it's $65. Since I didn't arrive until after 5:00pm the price has doubled because it's rush hour. He had already opened my car and I had no choice but to pay. I was cheated and taken advantage of and according to the receipt he sent it stated that the locksmith can charge anything he wants at the end depending on any factor including weather, time of day or anything else he feels like.
