I've noticed the wide range of reviews written on other sites. My opinion is that the people who write these extremely negative reviews are folks with an attitude about the therapist herself. I know her personally and she was very gracious and caring in attending to my physical therapy needs after a hospitalization for Guillen-Barre Syndrome. She attended to me as if I were a family member and showed the utmost respect and professionism in attempting to alleviate my symptoms. She was courteous and more than accommodating in arranging her schedule to meet mine. Her knowledge
