I called Custom Climate Concepts for a second opinion. The first company wanted to sell me a new air conditioner. I told the other company that I wanted to get second opinion since my air conditioner was only 5 years old. I called Custom Climate Concepts and they sent a tech to my house the same day. The tech showed me what the issue was and explained to me what he was going to do to fix my air conditioner. I asked the tech from Custom Climate why the other company told me I needed a new air conditioner and the Custom Climate tech did not bad mouth the other company. I was
