be sure to tell them that you would like a call if "other items were broken" during the process of them working on your car for a specific reason. otherwise, unlike ALL other companies in this business, they will not call you and will add another $400 on the estimate. yes its an estimate and not written in stone. yes it may be changed. yes other things may show up....but call me and tell me that i have this or that wrong..instead of just fixing it-without my permission-and adding it to the final price. the extra im speaking of could have waiting a couple of weeks
