I got 6 pallets of grass on a Wed, well 3 of the pallets were "bad" grass, so we called them due to the faxt that we were going to get more grass from them on Thursday, well I called the company and he said that they were going to give me credit for 3 pallets of grass, well on Friday I had my other grass delivered after they said they also would waive the delivery fee and I only had to pay for 7 (10 were ordered), well after the guy got ugly with me trying to charge me for the full 10 pallets, he called the owner whom proceded to cuss using the f and gd
