My personal experience has certainly been an unfavorable one here at this location. I came into Doctor's On Sight (DOS) in Waldorf Maryland for a frame adjustment several weeks ago (June 2011). I brought two glasses in for a frame adjustment which had been previously purchased in Manhattan New York at a high-end boutique each totaling a little over $400.00 (Frames, Per-Script, Non-scratch, Polarized - the works!).
