Like an emperor, quick demands requires fast service. The workers are friendly with great personality. The atmosphere is down to earth. The food always warm and it's cooked individually,it's not reheated. Ming's Garden has been in the same location around twenty years. You probably have a good idea why a restaurant that has a long establishment means. If you are around the Birmingham and Gardendale area, I would definitely drop by this Chinese place.
