Rude, incompetent, and uncaring. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with unfriendly faces, scowls, and bad attitudes. It appears that any patient to them is a nuisance to even be within their space. What bothers me most about this office is that they have forgotten about the value of the customer (or patient - but don%u2019t forget it's still a business and we can choose where we go!). It's as if they are doing you a favor to even see you. I was treated like I was bothering them to even walk in the door. The attitude
