I lived in Sunbelt for about 2 years and lets just say that it started off very bad. First of all, I moved in being a young, single female. My welcoming committee was one male neighbor saying that I should make sure I keep the noise down even though I didn't fully move in yet and the landlord is really creepy. He started to go into my apartment when I wasn't home because things were moved around. The complex is very small but its noisy from the louder apartment complex right next to it. I would only recommend couples and older tenants because if you have a lot of company AL
