This collection company has no customer service skills whatsoever. They seem to pride themselves on no communication and forcing all their collection accounts into small claims court. By doing so, they collect additional money in addition to attorneys fees. I was recently turned over to them only to receive no communication from them until I received court papers. on the papers I was told I had 45 days to pay the debt. On the 22nd day I received papers saying they were going to garnish my wages----what happened to the 45 days that the court gave me? I sent payment
