i am shopping for an appartment and i called timberridge aand the lady was very sweet. she answerd my questions . she did tell me that it is for disabled and senior citizens . which online does not specify that inforamation. other wise . i would choose to fill out an application.. it does not have washer and dryer hookups thay have a laundry facility. which my oppinion would be for all units to have hookups due to the fact they are for disabled and senior citizens.
