Review

The receptionist at Dr Kincaid's office needs to get a customer service lesson. I called today to schedule an appoinment regarding a knee injury and she was rude and not helpful at all. She even tried to get me to switch primary care doctors just to see Dr Kincaid. The doctor needs to rethink his receptionist staff as this episode will kepp me from ever coming and I will tell anyone that will listen. Dr Kincaid may be good but his receptionist is really bad.
