I was told that I had no out of pocket expense for my son's acne treatment. Then, 5 treatments into the regimen, they informed me that there would in fact be a charge and denied ever having said anything different (despite the fact that my 15 year old son also heard them tell me no charge). When I questioned them they immediately put a registered letter in the mail cancelling my son as a patient. This seems like a bait and switch tactic to me. Beware, this company does not care about the patient only the almighty dollar.
