Was not happy with the service. I took my computer into the store to get a noisy fan replaced, everything was working fine with the computer. The tech that worked on my computer bent a pin connecting the monitor to the motherboard, he was then fired....it took 7 months to fix the issue. a few issues that arose were 1)They lost my 2nd harddrive 2) a new battery was drained, no charge 3) broke my monitor.
