Routinely over books - I have waited 45 minutes in a waiting room and 40 minutes in an examining room before seeing a doctor. I have been repeatedly informed that the doctor is busy and that this is not an uncommon waiting period in all practices. The phone system does not allow you to speak to anyone, the test results system was unavailable for months due to their error in putting my information, the office is closed on Fridays and Dr. Marie Piemental is exceptionally disinterested in treating the "person" as a whole.
