As a mobile notary in California I work with a lot of out of state title companies and I'm very impressed with Pioneer Title. The team here is pleasant, professional and seem to be completely on top of the job at hand. Jennifer was thorough and precise and answered every phone call and e-mail promptly. Even the buyer was well informed and prepared for the signing. You can't imagine the number of detached and unresponsive real estate "professionals" I've worked with and I'll take this group any day!
